Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. All returns are eligible for store credit only. No refunds. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at emma@shopgetawayco.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 6068 Hwy 98 West, Suite 1-224, Hattiesburg, MS 39402

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

SHIPPING BACK RETURNS/EXCHANGES
To return or exchange your product, please email Emma (emma@shopgetawayco.com) to request a return shipping label. Print the return label and mail the package to: Getaway Clothing Company, 6068 Hwy 98 West, Suite 1-224, Hattiesburg, MS 39402

 

If you are from the Hattiesburg area, you can email Emma (emma@shopgetawayco.com) to setup a time to drop off your returns or exchanges at Getaway Clothing Company, 6068 Hwy 98 West, Suite 1-224, Hattiesburg, MS 39402 . Please email us so we can arrange a time for you to drop off the item -- our location is not a storefront, so we will have to arrange a time to ensure one of our team members will be in that day.
LOST PACKAGES
Getaway Clothing Company is not responsible for packages lost in transit. Once the package leaves our hands and is in the hands of the carrier, it is out of our control. If you think your package has been lost, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier to receive your shipping insurance if you chose a delivery option with insurance.
